Senior Associate, Global Brand Partnerships & Activation

You will …

• Serve as the day-to-day contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing logistics, approvals, and deliverable tracking to keep projects on schedule.
• Participate in ideation and planning for brand partnerships, activations, and experiential moments during brand planning cycles.
• Translate partnership and activation strategy into detailed project plans and on-the-ground delivery.
• Assist in maintaining the global brand partnerships pipeline, including identifying potential partners, supporting on outreach and initial vetting, and tracking opportunities against brand fit and cultural relevance.
• Partner with channel teams such as PR, organic and paid social, influencer, brand media, and more to coordinate amplification and ensure initiatives land consistently across every touchpoint.
• Monitor cultural trends, competitor activity, and identify emerging opportunities with potential for global scale.
• Coordinate with local marketing teams across HelloFresh's global markets to help adapt and roll out partnership and activation programs, balancing global brand consistency with local market nuance.
• Support post-campaign reporting through pulling results, coordinating recaps, and capturing learnings to build the team's playbook for future initiatives.
• Help build and maintain repeatable processes, templates, and documentation, contributing to a scalable playbook for activation and partnership work.
