Senior Analyst, People Analytics

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Human Resources, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau, Snowflake, Excel, SQL, and other enterprise HR platforms e.g. Workday, ServiceNow, Greenhouse.
• Experience using Python or R for data analysis is preferred.
• Working knowledge of statistical techniques, including regression, forecasting, segmentation, and trend analysis.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate findings clearly.
• Experience developing dashboards and data visualizations for business audiences.
• Ability to partner effectively with HR stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI, or machine learning concepts is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Deliver accurate and timely workforce analytics that support business decisions.
• Build dashboards and reports that improve visibility into key people metrics.
• Apply analytical techniques to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Partner effectively with HR and business stakeholders to answer workforce questions.
• Continuously improve reporting, data quality, and analytics processes while expanding technical capabilities.
