(Senior) Accountant, 30h (all genders)

FRASER is an independent creative agency with teams across Berlin, Zurich, Cape Town and Dubai. We develop integrated campaigns, content and digital experiences for ambitious international brands, combining strategic thinking, creativity and technology.

As our Accountant, you will play a key role in keeping FRASER's day-to-day finance operations running smoothly. You will work closely with our Finance Manager and external accounting and tax partners across our international locations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial administration
• Process, verify and organise incoming and outgoing invoices, including accurate allocation to projects and entities
• Maintain accurate financial records across our accounting and ERP systems
• Prepare bookkeeping documentation and support monthly closing and reconciliation processes
• Coordinate payment runs, recurring expenses and subscriptions
• Work closely with external accountants and tax advisors across our international entities
• Identify discrepancies and support the Finance Manager with day-to-day finance tasks and reporting

Your profile

• 4+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping or a similar finance role
• Solid experience working with German accounting and financial processes
• Hands-on experience with DATEV and ERP/accounting systems
• Good understanding of German bookkeeping principles
• Experience with invoice processing, reconciliations, accounts payable and general accounting
• Strong attention to detail and a structured, organised way of working
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of recurring financial processes
• Experience working with multiple entities or international businesses is a plus
• Professional working proficiency in German (B2 or above)
• Excellent English, both written and spoken
• A pragmatic, hands-on approach and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
