Security and Admin Incharge

Supervise and control all security operations of the resort/company.

Ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, visitors, and company property.

Monitor security guards and ensure proper deployment and duty schedules.

Maintain discipline and enforce company rules and regulations.

Coordinate emergency response, fire safety, evacuation, and other security procedures.

Conduct regular security inspections of the premises.

Maintain security-related registers, reports, incident records, and documentation.

Monitor CCTV, access control, visitor movement, vehicle entry/exit, and other security systems.

Investigate and report any security incidents, theft, misconduct, accidents, or violations to management.

Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies, fire service, and other relevant authorities when required.

Supervise administrative support activities related to security and general administration.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly security reports for management.

Ensure proper implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
