Who you are

Willing to dial. Here's the honest filter: most people want outbound to be an automation job. It isn't. If calling a VP in Texas who doesn't know you makes you a bit nervous and a bit excited, keep reading. If it only makes you nervous, this role will make you miserable - and that's fine, it's not for everyone.
Disciplined. Call blocks happen every day whether yesterday went well or not. We'd rather see evidence of a boring routine you've kept for months than a burst of brilliance.
At the start of your career - a fresh graduate or up to ~2 years in. No sales experience required. Hunger and coachability matter more than your resume.
Genuinely curious about AI. You've played with AI tools on your own, or you badly want to. You'll be working with AI agents from week one.
You write well. Clear, specific, human - your LinkedIn touches and email direction still live or die on it.
Fine with US-overlap hours. The buyers are awake when India is having dinner. That's the job.
You want a career in tech sales. Top performers in this cohort earn a shot at a closing (AE) track with us.
