Strong background with large-scale enterprise SAP S/4HANA (Finance/Business/Logistics), SAP ECC HR/Payroll, or Infor WFM solutions.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, particularly within large-scale business transformation and workplace change, preferably in a health environment.
Expertise in requirements elicitation, workshop facilitation, and process research.
High-level negotiation, consultation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Resilience, initiative, and the ability to maintain performance under pressure.

Government and/or Health experience would be highly advantageous.
