We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sample Quality Executive/Technician (Denim Pants & Jackets) to ensure accuracy in CAD patterns and maintain high-quality standards in sample development. This role will work closely with pattern, CAD, merchandising, and sample teams to ensure all developments meet buyer requirements and are ready for smooth production execution.
Evaluate denim pants and jacket samples for fit, measurement, workmanship, construction, and overall quality as per buyer requirements.
Conduct sample fitting on mannequins and provide detailed technical feedback and necessary corrections.
Prepare comprehensive sample evaluation reports and follow up on required improvements.
Coordinate with Pattern, CAD, Sample, Production, Washing, and Quality teams to ensure timely and accurate sample development.
Submit samples to buyers for approval and follow up on buyer comments, revisions, and approvals.
Maintain proper sample records and ensure all sample-related information is updated accurately.
Communicate professionally with buyers and internal teams through emails and other business communication channels.
Work with PLM / Buyer Online Portal systems for sample submission, comments, and approval follow-up.
