Sales Supervisor

We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and motivated Sales Supervisor to lead and supervise a team of Sales Representatives (SRs) and Assistant Sales Representatives (ASRs), drive sales and distribution, and ensure effective execution of market activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate SRs and ASRs to achieve assigned sales, volume, and distribution targets.
• Supervise daily field activities through regular market visits and provide on-the-job coaching.
• Ensure effective route planning, market coverage, distribution, OOS management, and sales execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and trade partners.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide relevant market intelligence to the Sales Manager.
• Ensure timely and effective execution of assigned cycle activities and company initiatives.
• Monitor daily and monthly SR performance against PFP targets through HRMS.
• Coordinate with relevant support teams to ensure smooth market operations.
