Experience:

Key Qualifications:

Strong ability to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Good knowledge of territory-based market coverage and route planning.
Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with shops, retailers, distributors, and customers.
Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to conduct regular market visits and generate sales orders.
Basic understanding of DSR (Daily Sales Report), sales reporting, and market activities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
Must be energetic, hardworking, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Android-based sales reporting applications will be an advantage.

Job Summary:
Responsible for achieving assigned daily and monthly sales targets, expanding market coverage, developing new shops and customers, maintaining strong relationships with distributors and retailers, and ensuring the proper delivery, availability, and distribution of all company products within the assigned territory. The Sales Officer will also monitor DSR, conduct regular market visits, generate sales orders, implement promotional activities, and provide regular sales and market reports to the Reporting Manager and Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve assigned daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
Develop and expand market coverage by identifying new retailers, and wholesale customers.
Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers to ensure business growth.
Ensure effective distribution and availability of all company products in the assigned market.
Visit retail outlets regularly to generate orders and monitor product Delivery & visibility
Monitor stock levels at distributor and retail points to avoid stock shortages.
Implement trade promotions, merchandising, and branding activities in the market.
Collect market intelligence on competitors’ products, pricing, and promotional activities.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy accounts receivable.
Prepare daily sales reports, market visit reports, and submit them to the Area Sales Manager.
Resolve customer complaints and provide prompt after-sales support.
Follow company sales policies, pricing, and operational guidelines at all times.
