2–3 years of experience in sales, merchandising, retail, FMCG, or modern trade operations
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in field-based sales environments
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and smartphone reporting tools
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
Ability to travel within assigned territories

Fabric Lagbe is looking for energetic, result-oriented, and field-focused Sales Representatives / Merchandisers to support and grow sales across modern trade outlets.

The selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring product availability, merchandising, display management, stock monitoring, and sales growth at assigned outlets.

Sales & Merchandising

Visit assigned modern trade outlets daily.
Ensure Fabric Lagbe products are properly displayed and visible to customers.
Maintain product availability and prevent stock-outs.
Monitor shelf space, product placement, and merchandising standards.
Implement promotional campaigns and sales activation programs.

Outlet Management

Build strong relationships with outlet managers and store personnel.
Monitor stock levels and submit reorder requirements.
Ensure product pricing and promotional materials are properly displayed.
Resolve outlet-related issues and coordinate with the sales team.

Sales Growth

Achieve assigned sales targets.
Identify opportunities to increase product sales and visibility.
Monitor competitor products, pricing, and promotions.
Support new product launches and market activation activities.

Reporting

Submit daily outlet visit reports.
Provide weekly sales and stock updates.
Report stock shortages, damages, returns, and customer feedback.
Share competitor insights and market information.
