Position: Telesales Specialist

Are you a fluent English speaker with a knack for sales? Digifea is seeking a talented Telesales Representative to drive sales through telephone outreach. As a Telesales Specialist, you’ll engage potential customers, understand their needs, and close sales while maintaining meticulous records of interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate sales conversations with potential customers over the phone.
• Understand customer requirements through effective questioning and close sales accordingly.
• Provide information and answer queries to assist clients in making informed decisions.
• Listen attentively to customer needs to facilitate repeat sales.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Record customer orders accurately in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas.

Requirements:

• Fluent English speaking ability and strong sales acumen are essential.
• Educational qualifications: O Level, A Level, or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to engage customers effectively and handle objections.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in International Telemarketing Call Centers preferred.
• Freshers with fluent English are encouraged to apply.
• Resilience in handling rejection and managing stress during customer interactions.

Benefits:

• Salary range: 25,000tk to 35,000tk (Negotiable, based on English speaking skills and experience).
• Bonus per sale (Potential to earn up to 40,000 TK as a bonus in addition to salary).
