Sales Operations Manager (B2B)

You will:

• Drive Revenue Strategy & Execution: Partner with sales leadership to manage territory design, quota allocation, product pricing, sales funnel performance, and sales attainment tracking across global B2B markets.
• Optimize & Automate Processes: Map, streamline, and scale end-to-end sales processes. Leverage AI tools and modern automation to eliminate friction, boost sales team productivity, and accelerate deal velocity.
• Master the Data & Analytics: Architect, automate, and maintain dashboards and reporting (e.g., Looker, HubSpot, Excel) to monitor revenue metrics and core KPIs, providing leadership with clarity on performance drivers.
• Lead Stakeholder Management: Serve as the strategic operational bridge between Sales, Market Teams and Finance, managing cross-functional alignment, expectation setting, and business requests.
• Leverage AI & Modern Tech: Identify, test, and implement AI skills, routines and workflow automations to improve pipeline forecasting,streamline the reporting and reduce operational workload.
• Partner on CRM Architecture: Collaborate closely with CRM experts to share sales feedback and ensure clean pipeline governance, seamless data integration, and high portal adoption across global teams.
