Sales & Marketing Manager - Logistics / Air Freight

Paw Limited is a logistics and supply-chain company specializing in Bangladesh–China air freight and international onward shipping solutions.

Our logistics network supports shipments from Bangladesh to China by air, with onward transportation from China to Europe and other international destinations by Train.

We are looking for an experienced and highly target-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager who can develop B2B logistics business and bring substantial shipment volume to the company.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and acquire new B2B customers for international logistics and air freight services.
• Generate business from exporters, importers, manufacturers, traders, e-commerce companies and corporate clients.
• Develop Bangladesh → China air shipment business and onward international shipments from China.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and business partners.
• Achieve a minimum business target of 120 tons of shipment volume per month.
• Develop a strong sales pipeline and continuously generate new business.
• Negotiate freight rates and commercial terms with clients.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth shipment handling.
• Monitor market conditions, competitors and freight rates.
• Prepare monthly sales forecasts, shipment-volume reports and business development plans.
• Develop strategic relationships with logistics agents and corporate customers.
• Lead sales and marketing activities to increase company revenue and market share.
