Responsibilities & Context

Conduct regular field visits and market visits to identify new clients, business opportunities, and potential software customers.
Conduct client meetings, understand business requirements, and recommend suitable software solutions.
Visit prospective clients to showcase and demonstrate software products, features, functionalities, and business benefits.
Glorious POS, software presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Generate qualified Leads through field visits, phone calls, emails, social media, referrals, and direct client communication.
Follow up with leads and prospects regularly and convert opportunities into successful sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop relationships with new customers.
Explain software features, services, pricing, and benefits clearly to potential customers.
Research the market and analyze competitors’ products, pricing, features, strengths, and weaknesses.
Maintain proper records of leads, client visits, meetings, demonstrations, follow-ups, and sales activities
Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Technical Teams to achieve company objectives.
Achieve assigned monthly and yearly sales targets.
Generate new corporate leads through online and offline channels.
Identify potential clients and build long-term business relationships.
Promote Gloripous IT's Software, ERP, Website, Mobile App, AI, and Digital Transformation solutions.
Arrange client meetings, presentations, demonstrations, and product discussions.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
Prepare professional proposals, quotations, and project documentation.
Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into successful projects.
Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales.
Maintain client information and sales activities using CRM tools.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business development KPIs.
Represent Glorious IT professionally during meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
