Sales Manager – Vertical Markets

BEK & Co is looking for a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager – Vertical Markets to build, lead, and scale a dedicated local sales team in Bangladesh.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies across key industry verticals including SME, IT, Healthcare, RMG, and Real Estate, while driving the adoption of ERP, software, and BPO solutions among enterprise clients.

• Recruit, coach, mentor, and manage a team of vertical-focused sales specialists.
• Set sales targets and quotas and conduct regular pipeline and performance reviews.
• Develop and execute industry-specific sales strategies for targeted verticals.
• Ensure sales pitches effectively address sector-specific business challenges and customer requirements.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations and support the team in closing enterprise-level contracts.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold outreach, events, referrals, and outbound sales strategies.
• Develop long-term relationships with C-suite executives and key business decision-makers.
• Monitor KPIs, conversion rates, revenue performance, and team productivity.
• Prepare data-driven sales reports and dashboards for management.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and relevant regulatory developments.
• Identify new business opportunities and continuously improve sales approaches and market positioning.
