Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans for Salt 1kg Packet, 50kg Bag and 74kg Bag.
Develop, appoint and manage distributors, dealers, wholesalers and key customers across assigned territories.
Expand the distribution network and identify new markets, dealers, wholesalers and industrial customers.
1kg Packet: Retail/FMCG market, grocery shops, supermarkets and general trade.
50kg Bag: Wholesale, commercial and institutional customers.
74kg Bag: Bulk/institutional/industrial customers and large-volume buyers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, industrial buyers and key accounts.
Monitor competitor pricing, product quality, schemes, distribution and market activities and recommend appropriate counter-strategies.
Prepare Sales forecasts and SKU-wise demand plans to minimize stock-out and excess inventory.
Ensure compliance with company pricing, credit, discount, sales and distribution policies.
Conduct regular sales review meetings and submit performance reports to senior management.
Take responsibility for overall sales growth, market expansion and profitability of the assigned business/territory.
