Sales Manager (B2B & Institutional Partnerships)

MHR Education is looking for a dynamic, field-ready Sales Manager to spearhead our offline business development, campus activations, and institutional outreach across Dhaka.

This is an active, on-the-ground role focused on driving direct student registrations for our study-abroad consultancy and academy programs through high-impact physical presence and institutional tie-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute on-ground student acquisition campaigns, including setting up promotional stalls, activation booths, and information kiosks near key universities, colleges, and coaching hubs.
• Build strong B2B relationships with language learning institutes, local consultancies, and student clubs to secure bulk test-taker referrals and registrations.
• Plan strategic outdoor marketing visibility—identifying prime spots for banners, posters, and standees to maximize local brand recall.
• Run direct on-campus student engagement sessions and spot-registration drives to hit aggressive monthly sales targets.
