Sales Manager (Architectural Facade Material)

Only candidates with previous experience selling exterior cladding, façade materials or exterior finishing products directly to architects and architectural firms should apply. Relevant product sales experience and established relationships with architects are essential for this position.

YNC Global / Clads & Coverings is seeking an experienced professional to secure product specifications and generate project sales for its architectural cladding solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Visit architects, architectural firms, consultants, developers and contractors to promote exterior cladding and façade solutions.
• Use existing industry relationships and develop new contacts to identify upcoming and ongoing project opportunities.
• Present product samples, catalogues and technical information, and secure inclusion of our products in project specifications and approved material selections.
• Follow up with architects and project decision-makers from initial product selection through quotation, negotiation and order confirmation.
• Prepare quotations and sales proposals, negotiate within approved terms and close orders to achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate sample submissions, mock-ups, material approvals and site visits with clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate with technical, installation and logistics teams to support project execution and timely deliveries.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and achieve agreed collection targets.
• Maintain updated CRM records and submit daily visit reports, project updates and weekly sales forecasts.
