Sales Executive, Software & ICT Solutions

Bangladesh Associate of IT Solution (BAITS) is expanding its Sales & Business Development Team and looking for energetic, confident, target-oriented and result-driven professionals.

The selected candidates will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and selling BAITS's Software, Hardware, ICT, Security, Surveillance, Networking, Communication and ELV Solutions to Corporate, Educational, Institutional and Project-based clients.

This is a performance-driven sales position where successful candidates will have the opportunity to earn attractive performance-based commissions in addition to their fixed salary.

• Generate new sales leads through field visits, telephone calls, referrals, networking and digital channels.
• Identify potential corporate, institutional and project-based clients.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Promote and sell BAITS Software, Hardware and ICT Solutions.
• Conduct client visits, meetings, presentations and product demonstrations.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations and proposals in coordination with the relevant team.
• Follow up regularly with prospective customers.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Coordinate with technical/project teams regarding customer requirements.
• Follow up on purchase orders, delivery and payment collection.
• Maintain daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer requirements.
• Participate in corporate meetings, exhibitions, seminars and promotional activities when required.
