Sales Executive - Retail & Distribution

Job Context

ProX is expanding its portfolio of Daily Essential & Lifestyle Products and is looking for energetic, target-oriented and customer-focused Sales Executives to strengthen our retail and distribution sales network.

The selected candidates will be responsible for developing retail and reseller networks, acquiring new customers, achieving sales targets, managing existing accounts, collecting outstanding payments, and expanding ProX’s market presence.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets within the specified timeline.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, resellers, distributors, and customers.

• Promote and sell ProX’s Daily Essential & Lifestyle Products through retail and reseller channels.

• Identify and develop new retailers, resellers, customers, and potential business opportunities.

• Explore new markets and expand product availability in assigned territories.

• Visit retail shops, sales points, and customers regularly to generate new sales and maintain existing business relationships.

• Present product features, benefits, pricing, and promotional offers to retailers and customers.

• Ensure proper product visibility, availability, and placement at retail outlets.

• Follow up on customer orders and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely delivery.

• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and credit sales from customers.

• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market penetration.

• Collect customer and market feedback and communicate it to management.

• Resolve customer and reseller issues through proper coordination with internal teams.

• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer visits, orders, collections, and market activities.

• Prepare regular sales and market reports for management.

• Support short-, mid-, and long-term sales planning and business development activities.
