Sales Executive (Real Estate)

Job Context:

We are looking for energetic, hardworking, and target-driven Sales Executives to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, conducting site visits, and actively driving property sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Reach out to prospective buyers via phone calls and emails to build a strong client database.
• Site Visits: Accompany clients for project site visits, showcasing properties, and explaining project features effectively.
• Sales Target Achievement: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
• Client Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with potential buyers and provide accurate information to address their queries.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and submit them to the Sales Manager.
