What we need

Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in batteries, UPS/IPS, automotive parts, solar, electrical goods, or a similar product sold to garages or small businesses
Proven record of meeting sales targets
Electrical diploma or technical background preferred
Comfortable working outdoors and travelling within the assigned area every day
Own motorcycle preferred, with driving license

The role

Sell lithium (LFP) battery packs to easy-bike owners, rickshaw garages and fleet operators in your assigned area. This is a full-time field job with a monthly sales target.

What you will do

Visit garages, charging points and easy-bike owners daily to find buyers
Run product demos and close sales
Build relationships with local dealers and workshop owners
Follow up with customers after the sale and report complaints to the service team
Submit a daily visit and sales report to the Sales Manager
