Sales Development Representative

• 2–5 years of experience in sales development, business development, lead qualification, or a similar pipeline-generation role
• Experience with both inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting
• Ability to engage prospects professionally by phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in HubSpot or similar CRM and sales engagement tools
• Able to juggle multiple workflows — inbound, outbound, and campaign follow-up — without dropping threads
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter with a proactive, team-oriented mindset
• Experience supporting webinar, event, or campaign follow-up programs
• Familiarity with LinkedIn-based prospecting and sequence-driven outreach
• Background working cross-functionally with both marketing and sales teams
• Exposure to AI agent, telecom, or SaaS
