Sales Development Representative

We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Business Development Executive to fuel our agency’s growth. In this role, you will sell our core digital service offerings: Social Media Management, Custom Website Development, and E-commerce Solutions. You will work with a hybrid sales pipeline—closing warm leads provided in-house while proactively generating and converting new business opportunities through outbound outreach. Candidates with prior experience selling social media management services for agencies in Dhaka will receive highest priority.

Daily Tasks & Core Responsibilities:

• Lead Management & Qualification: Follow up promptly on in-house warm leads, qualify prospect requirements, and assess fit for our social media and web development packages.
• Outbound Lead Generation: Conduct daily outbound prospecting via cold calling, personalized email outreach, LinkedIn, and direct messaging to reach business owners, founders, and CMOs.
• Consultative Pitching: Present and pitch tailored social media management strategies, website scope, and e-commerce setups based on prospect needs.
• Discovery & Demos: Conduct discovery calls, schedule pitch meetings, present formal proposal decks, and negotiate terms.
• Sales Pipeline Tracking: Maintain clean CRM records, update lead status daily, manage pipeline stages, and accurately forecast weekly sales.
• Deal Closing & Hand-off: Close prospective clients, finalize service agreements, collect onboarding briefs, and execute a seamless transition to our Client Services team.
