Position Overview:

The Sales Consultant is responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new merchants/retailers, expanding market coverage, and achieving assigned sales and activation targets. The role involves building strong relationships with retail partners, promoting company products and services, executing sales campaigns, and ensuring effective market penetration. The Sales Consultant will also provide retailer training, monitor market trends and competitor activities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales, activation, and business growth targets.
• Identify and acquire new merchants/retailers to expand the company's market presence.
• Visit assigned retail outlets regularly to ensure effective market coverage and relationship management.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with merchants, retailers, and key stakeholders.
• Promote company products and services to drive sales and increase merchant engagement.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales presentations as required.
• Execute sales campaigns, promotional activities, and product launches in the assigned territory.
• Train merchants and retailers on products, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and application usage.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless onboarding, activation, and service delivery.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback, and provide timely market intelligence.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and anti-fraud guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activity reports.
• Contribute to revenue growth through effective sales execution and merchant activation.
• Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the Team Leader, Regional Manager, or Headquarters (HQ).
