Assist with customer maintenance and related functions including customer inquiries and ACH payments.
Document account management in CRM.
Respond to potential customer inquiries with formal and informal presentations.
Communicate the value of Therap Services solutions with prospects and clients.
Assist with negotiations to close sales of Therap Services products.
Assist with closing sales of Therap Services products.
Assist with upgrading clients’ use of Therap Services.
Build relationships within prospective and current organizations.
Network, prospect, and qualify account opportunities utilizing CRM documentation.
Attend industry conferences.
Process collections on a daily basis.
Work on special projects as assigned by the Associate Director of Business Development
