Position Name: Sales Admin Support

Reporting to: Senior Business Analyst

Purpose of the position

We are currently looking for self-driven, passionate, and enthusiastic persons to join our sales team as a Sales Admin Support in Dhaka. Reporting to the Project Manager, this role provides design, planning and scheduling support to the Operations team to ensure that the branch fulfills its service requirements to Clients and strict project timelines are met.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Managing creative work for C&I projects
• Creating presentations and designing documents for the sales team
• LinkedIn posting and social media engagement to engage with clients – C&I awareness, brand awareness
• Resource/Document management
• Creating case studies working with sales and marketing team
• Database management
• Aiding in building/managing training materials for the sales team
• Supporting the supervisor on any ad hoc tasks/duties

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration (BBA) from a reputed university with a major in marketing

Work Experience and Skills:

• 1-2 years of similar experience
• Great communication skills
• Strong command of the English language
• Sound in presentation and keen to work with cross-functional teams
• Keen to work with a diverse range of people and culture
• Positive attitude and a consistent work ethic
• High attention to detail and time management skills
• Intermediate Documenting & PowerPoint skills
• Experience in using CRM like ZohoOne is a plus

Salary: 30,000 – 40,000 BDT/Month

Hours: Mon to Sat – 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Bangladesh Time)

Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh

Bonus: Yearly 2 Festive Bonus
