Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required), Bachelor's Degree-Nursing (Preferred)
BSN preferred. 5 yrs nursing experience is strongly preferred. ICU/ED/Critical Care experience is strongly preferred. Specialty certification preferred. Proficient computer skills. Proficient with Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Windows, & TEAMs.

The RN Nurse Navigator Triage provides nursing triage services and health advice for patients over the phone and in person if applicable. Assesses and determines the patients’ acuity level and the need for medical support. Provides results and education related to diagnostic testing to ensure continuity and quality of care. Responsible for accurate, appropriate and timely telephone and electronic messaging. Provides protocol-driven clinical advice.
Hours: This role is full-time, 36 hours weekly; Days and Nights. This position works 7a-730p or 7p-730a with majority of the shifts being 7a-730p. Shifts may be 12, 8, 6, or 4 hours in length. Schedules are made based on patient needs.
