Educational Qualification Relevant BIM/Revit certification will be an advantage
Experience 2–5 years of relevant experience in Revit/BIM design preferred
Freshers with strong Revit skills and a good portfolio may also be considered
Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit
Good understanding of BIM workflows
Proficiency in AutoCAD and 2D/3D drafting
Ability to read architectural/engineering drawings
Knowledge of construction documentation
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills & KPIs Knowledge of Navisworks, SketchUp, Dynamo, or other BIM tools
Experience with multidisciplinary BIM projects
Knowledge of international BIM standards and workflows
Accuracy of BIM models and drawings
On-time completion of assigned projects
Number of errors/revisions
Compliance with BIM and company standards
Quality and productivity of deliverables
Effective coordination with project teams.

Responsibilities & Context

Talent Pro is looking for a skilled Revit Designer to create accurate BIM models, technical drawings, and construction documentation using Autodesk Revit. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, good understanding of architectural/engineering drawings, and the ability to deliver quality work within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
Prepare floor plans, sections, elevations, details, and construction drawings.
Convert design concepts and CAD drawings into Revit models.
Create and modify Revit families and project components.
Update models and drawings based on design revisions.
Coordinate models with architectural, structural, and MEP requirements.
Identify and report modeling conflicts and design inconsistencies.
Maintain proper BIM standards, naming conventions, and documentation.
Perform quality checks before project submission.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, designers, and project managers.
Complete assigned deliverables within agreed timelines.
