Linear is in a unique position—we are profitable, which gives us the flexibility to invest thoughtfully as we grow. We want to build a company that scales well—not just in our product, but in how we run our GTM programs. In this role, you’ll design, own, and evolve the systems that power our sales, success, and marketing teams. You’ll take ideas from concept to execution, streamlining our tech stack, introducing automation and AI where it meaningfully improves outcomes, and building scalable workflows that help our customer-facing teams focus on high-impact work.

Location & work mode

Linear is a remote-first company, with optional co-working offices in San Francisco, New York, and London. This role is open to candidates based in North America (east coast) or London. We value deep focus and async collaboration, with intentional moments to connect in person through team off-sites, optional co-working, and occasional travel.
