Department: Revenue Management & Operations
- Day Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
- Morning Shift: 2:00 AM – 10:00 AM
- Monitor and manage daily revenue generated from air tickets, hotel bookings, visa services, holiday packages, Umrah packages, and other travel services.
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales, revenue, collections, refunds, cancellations, and adjustments.
- Monitor booking and sales performance through company B2B/B2C portals and other sales channels.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports for management.
- Monitor payment collections from B2B agents, B2C customers, and other clients.
- Coordinate with the Accounts, Reservation, Sales, and Operations teams regarding revenue-related matters.
- Verify booking amounts, selling prices, supplier costs, commissions, and profit margins.
- Monitor agent transactions, wallet balances, credit limits, and outstanding payments.
- Identify discrepancies between bookings, collections, invoices, and financial records and report them to management.
- Track supplier payments, service costs, commissions, and other operational expenses related to bookings.
- Assist in maintaining proper revenue and transaction records in the company's internal system.
- Monitor sales trends and identify opportunities to improve revenue and profitability.
- Support management in preparing revenue forecasts and performance analysis.
- Ensure all revenue-related transactions are properly recorded and updated on time.
- Handle urgent revenue and transaction-related issues during assigned shifts.
- Maintain confidentiality of company financial and business information.
- Perform any other revenue management and reporting tasks assigned by management.
