Reservation Executive - Shift-Based

• Handle domestic and international air ticket reservations and bookings.
• Search and compare available fares, schedules, routes, and airlines.
• Create, modify, reissue, and cancel air tickets according to company and airline policies.
• Handle PNR creation, ticket issuance, ticketing deadlines, and booking confirmations.
• Provide accurate fare information and booking details to clients and B2B agents.
• Handle ticket changes, refunds, cancellations, rebooking, and other post-booking services.
• Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, B2B agents, and internal teams regarding reservations and ticketing issues.
• Monitor booking time limits and ensure tickets are issued within the required deadline.
• Respond to customer and agent inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Maintain proper records of bookings, issued tickets, refunds, cancellations, and reissues.
• Handle urgent and time-sensitive reservation requests, particularly during night and morning shifts.
• Ensure all booking and ticketing information is entered correctly into the company's system.
• Follow airline rules, fare rules, refund policies, and company procedures.
• Support the sales and customer service team whenever required.
• Maintain professional communication and provide excellent customer service.
• Perform any other reservation and ticketing-related tasks assigned by management.
