Minimum 1st Class/Division or GPA 5.00 (or equivalent) across all academic levels. Fresh graduates or 2–3 years of relevant experience; freshers are encouraged to apply. Strong quantitative and qualitative research abilities with analytical problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla. Proficiency in MS Office Suite; knowledge of AI applications and data analysis tools is an advantage. Fundamental understanding of marine/coastal resource management and sustainable blue economy frameworks. Highly self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
