Reporting and Controls Lead, Data Center Capacity Delivery

Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.

The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.

For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

Annual Salary:

$320,000—$405,000 USD

Logistics

• Give the delivery team and leadership one trustworthy view of where every project stands.
• Consolidated milestone tracking (early floor access, floor access, RFS) current across all projects.
• Schedule and status data reconciled at the source.
• Portfolio capacity projections and variance to plan maintained.
• Delivery-review and executive reporting built; data-quality checks automated where possible.
• Project controls / scheduling on large capital programs.
• Portfolio-level, not single-job, reporting.
• Scheduling, spreadsheet, and BI tooling fluency.
• Identifying, qualifying, and packaging data driven insights that define project and portfolio health.
