Relationship Manager (Officer- Senior Executive Officer), SME Banking

To achieve set Medium/ Emerging Corporate Business Asset & Liability targets in terms of sales volume and number of accounts to develop own portfolio

Maintaining quality asset through effective retention and prioritizing relationships, having appropriate relationship management plan & taking consultative approach to understand client` s objectives, effective identification of financial needs, offering financial solutions

To develop sales strategies for product channels and managing existing portfolio health

Monitor proper utilization of investment facilities in Medium/ Emerging Corporate accounts and maintain the quality of risk assets and ensure periodic review of the facilities

Prepare proposal through evaluating customer investment applications using a range of criteria including purpose of application, investment viability, customer payment history, customer credit-worthiness etc.

Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the customer` s business through regular customer visits and industry research

Monitor non-performing investments and decide on appropriate strategies and plan to liaise with recovery activities.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures and external regulatory requirements

To follow and maintain the compliance of all types and policies of the competent authorities
