Experience in managing a regional sales team and dealer/distributor network will be an advantage.
Relevant experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the Crop Protection/Agrochemical industry.
Develop and implement regional sales plans to achieve sales and business targets.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the regional sales team for effective market coverage.
Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, farmers, and key stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and product demand.
Ensure effective product promotion, demonstration, and farmer engagement activities.
Expand market coverage and identify new business opportunities.
Monitor sales performance, stock position, collection, and outstanding dues within the region.
Coordinate with Head Office and other departments for smooth product supply and market operations.
Prepare regular sales reports, market feedback, and regional business plans.
Ensure proper implementation of company policies, sales procedures, and promotional programs.
Conduct regular field visits and provide guidance and coaching to the sales team.
