Recruitment Field Executive (Overseas Manpower)

Shomvob is hiring a Recruitment Field Executive to support large-scale overseas manpower sourcing through field recruitment camps, agent coordination, and community-based sourcing. This role requires regular field visits, direct candidate interaction, and close collaboration with local agents and community leaders. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

• Organize and run recruitment camps in different districts and upazilas 

• Coordinate with Training Institutes, local agents, sub-agents, and community leaders 

• Source blue-collar candidates for overseas jobs (construction, factory, cleaning, driving, hospitality, etc.) 

• Conduct initial screening of candidates (age, experience, skills, documents) 

• Explain overseas job details clearly (country, salary, benefits, costs, process) 

• Collect and verify candidate documents (passport, photos, certificates, videos) 

• Ensure candidates are properly registered in Shomvob recruitment system 

• Follow up with candidates for interviews, trade tests, medical, and documentation 

• Maintain daily field activity reports and candidate sourcing updates 

• Ensure ethical recruitment practices and transparent communication with candidates 

• Support deployment coordination until visa issuance & Flight

 

Required Qualifications & Skills 

• Minimum HSC / Bachelor’s degree (Bachelor preferred) 

• 1–3 years experience in field recruitment, manpower sourcing, NGO field work, or sales/marketing is preferred but energetic candidates with other experiences can be considered for this position.  

• Strong communication skills in Bangla and English.  

• Willingness to travel extensively across districts. 

• Experience working with agent networks or community sourcing is a strong advantage 

• Basic smartphone and data entry skills (Google Forms, WhatsApp, Excel) 

• Honest, energetic, and people-friendly personality
