Required:
● 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or onboarding
● Experience with at least one ATS/HRIS platform — Rippling, Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby
● Hands-on experience drafting or administering offer letters/templates
● Exceptional attention to detail — comfortable managing high-volume, detail-heavy work without letting things slip ● Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn and administer new systems quickly
● Experience at a small-to-mid-size company rather than a large enterprise environment
● Based in or near the MST or CST time zones
● Excellent written and verbal communication
