Receptionist / Client Service Executive

Job Context : Taiba Saifullah Group is looking for smart, responsible, well-presented and professional male candidate for the position of Receptionist/Client Service Executive. The selected candidate will be responsible for front desk management, visitor handling, telephone communication and routine office support activities.

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage the reception/front desk and maintain a professional office environment.
• Welcome and assist visitors, clients and guests professionally.
• Receive, screen and transfer incoming telephone calls.
• Provide necessary information and assistance to visitors and callers.
• Maintain office files, registers, records and basic documentation.
• Receive, sort and distribute documents and office communications.
• Assist in routine administrative and day-to-day office activities.
• Coordinate with office staff regarding regular office operations.
• Maintain confidentiality of official information and documents.
• Perform other duties assigned by the management.
