Inspect raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished zipper products to ensure compliance with buyer specifications and company quality standards
Conduct in-line, end-line, and final random inspections as per AQL standards
Identify and record quality defects; coordinate with production for timely corrective action
Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports, test records, and documentation for buyer audits
Ensure products meet buyer-approved standards (color, size, strength, finishing, etc.)
Coordinate with buyers’/buying houses’ QC/QA teams during inspections and audits
Monitor compliance with relevant certifications (e.g., Oeko-Tex, buyer-specific requirements) where applicable
Maintain testing equipment and ensure calibration is up to date
Provide feedback and training to production staff on quality requirements
