Q.C (Knit & Woven)

Inspect garments at different stages of production to ensure quality standards are maintained.

Check sewing operations for defects such as skipped stitches, broken stitches, open seams, puckering, and uneven stitching.

Inspect garments according to approved sample, measurement chart, and buyer requirements.

Identify, record, and report quality defects to the concerned supervisor or production team.

Conduct inline and end-line inspections.

Ensure defective garments are properly repaired and rechecked.

Monitor production quality and take corrective action to prevent repeated defects.

Coordinate with Sewing, Production, and QA teams to resolve quality issues.

Maintain daily inspection and quality records.
