B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
Experience :
Minimum 5 years of experience in Road & building/construction projects.
Practical experience in project coordination, QA/QC, material management, construction planning and progress monitoring.
Good knowledge of Bituminous pavement, RCC building construction, foundation/piling, construction materials and testing procedures.
Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD and MS Office preferred.
Experience working with Government/Development Partner-funded projects
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager in overall project planning, coordination and execution.
Prepare and update work programmes and monitor planned vs. actual progress.
Manage QA/QC activities, material inspection and testing.
Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and the Engineer/Consultant.
Prepare progress reports, inspection documents and quality records.
Identify delays, quality issues and material requirements and coordinate necessary corrective actions.
