Required Skills & Knowledge:
Review business and functional requirements to understand expected system behavior and testing scope.
Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts based on defined requirements.
Perform functional, regression, integration, usability, and basic compatibility testing.
Identify, reproduce, document, and report software bugs with clear steps, expected results, and actual results.
Verify bug fixes and perform retesting to ensure reported issues are properly resolved.
Validate system workflows, business rules, data accuracy, calculations, forms, reports, and user interactions.
Perform testing across different user roles, permissions, and access levels.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support and validate system functionality from an end-user perspective.
Maintain test cases, test results, bug reports, testing documentation, and issue tracking records.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, implementation teams, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback on potential functional gaps, usability issues, and edge cases.
Support release testing, deployment verification, and post-release validation when required.
Track reported issues and follow up with relevant teams until successful resolution.
Continuously learn and apply software testing methodologies, QA processes, and industry best practices.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or management.
