Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with store/warehouse to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery time, and cost.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and alternative sourcing.
Coordinate with different departments (production, accounts, logistics) for procurement planning.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier details.
Handle import-related documentation (if applicable) and ensure timely clearance.
Prepare procurement reports and present to management regularly.
