Psychotherapist (Part-time)

●Licensure:

○Licensed mental health professional (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD)

○Texas licensure or willing to obtain license in Texas

○Individual NPI number

○Willing to be paneled with commercial insurance companies, Medicare and Medicaid

●Clinical Experience:

○Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in trauma therapy, mood disorders, and anxiety disorders.

○Experience working with individuals with moderate to severe mental health symptoms.

○Experience with ketamine-assisted therapy or other psychedelic-assisted modalities is highly preferred.

●Competencies:

○Strong understanding of non-ordinary states of consciousness and psychedelic integration techniques.

○Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.

○Ability to develop and implement treatment protocols.

○Excellent communication, documentation, and patient education skills.

○Comfortable using technology and conducting virtual therapy sessions.

●Certification or formal training in psychedelic-assisted therapy (e.g., MAPS, CIIS, IPI, Fluence, Polaris etc.).

●Training in evidence-based therapy modalities, such as psychodynamic psychotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), or Somatic Experiencing (SE).

●Expertise in trauma-informed care

●Familiarity with harm reduction and ethical considerations in psychedelic therapy.

●Familiarity with revenue cycle management and insurance billing processes
