Property Manager (In charge)

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth day-to-day property operations in accordance with SPML SOPs and checklists. Deliver exceptional customer service with a Concierge Mindset. Oversee the deployed loss prevention and housekeeping teams. Coordinate with vendors and the SPME head office to ensure timely bill payments and collections.

• Implement comprehensive safety training programs for FM personnel, including first aid, fire safety, and earthquake evacuation drills to ensure expected level of performance.
• Oversee and coordinate regular building maintenance and repair activities.
• Manage and supervise cleaning and security staff and their activities.
• Develop and implement emergency protocols and procedures.
• Prepare and monitor maintenance budgets effectively.
• Conduct regular building inspections and prepare detailed reports.
• Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, resolving issues efficiently.
• transactions. Rate and update work progress on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, providing regular updates to the line manager.
• Ensure departmental reports are submitted to the Head of Department (HOD)following the standard process.
