মূল দায়িত্ব:
প্রজেক্টের Drawing অনুযায়ী কাজের সঠিক Execution নিশ্চিত করা, Steel & Civil Works Supervision, BOQ Quantity Verification/Estimation, Labour & Contractor Coordination, Work Progress Monitoring, Quality ও Safety Compliance নিশ্চিত করা এবং Management-কে নিয়মিত Site Update প্রদান করা।
3-5 years
পদটির জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতা ও দক্ষতা:
Steel Structure Erection এবং Civil Construction Works সম্পর্কে বাস্তব ও ভালো জ্ঞান থাকতে হবে।
Structural, Architectural ও Civil Drawing বুঝে Drawing অনুযায়ী কাজ বাস্তবায়ন করার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।
Drawing থেকে BOQ/Quantity Estimation করার বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
Site Work Planning, Labour Management এবং দৈনন্দিন কাজের Supervision করতে সক্ষম হতে হবে।
Construction Materials, Work Sequence এবং Site Execution সম্পর্কে ভালো ধারণা থাকতে হবে।
Construction Safety Rules, PPE, Work Permit, Working at Height, Hot Work, Scaffolding ইত্যাদি বিষয়ে ভালো জ্ঞান থাকতে হবে।
Contractor, Labour, Client Representative এবং Management-এর সঙ্গে কার্যকরভাবে যোগাযোগ করার Excellent Communication Skill থাকতে হবে।
Site Progress Monitoring, Quality Control এবং Daily Site Reporting-এর সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।
দায়িত্বশীল, কর্মঠ এবং সমস্যা সমাধানে সক্ষম হতে হবে।
একইসাথে একাধিক কাজের Coordination করার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।
অভিজ্ঞতা: সংশ্লিষ্ট ক্ষেত্রে ন্যূনতম ৩–৫ বছরের বাস্তব Site Experience অগ্রাধিকারযোগ্য।
