Project Site-এ সকল Safety Rules, Procedures এবং Client-এর EHS Requirements যথাযথভাবে বাস্তবায়ন ও monitoring করা।
Daily Site Safety Inspection পরিচালনা এবং unsafe condition/unsafe act শনাক্ত করে corrective action নিশ্চিত করা।
Work at Height, Scaffolding, Hot Work, Lifting & Crane Operation, Excavation, Electrical Work ইত্যাদির Safety Compliance নিশ্চিত করা।
Work Permit, JSA/JHA, Risk Assessment, Method Statement/SWMS এবং Toolbox Talk-এর কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা ও follow-up করা।
সকল worker/labour-এর PPE ব্যবহার এবং Safety Procedure মেনে চলা নিশ্চিত করা।
নতুন worker-এর Safety Induction এবং নিয়মিত Toolbox Meeting পরিচালনা করা।
Accident, Incident ও Near-Miss রিপোর্ট তৈরি এবং প্রয়োজনীয় corrective/preventive action গ্রহণে সহযোগিতা করা।
Emergency Response ও Site Safety Preparedness নিশ্চিত করা।
Project Supervisor/Engineer, Client এবং Management-এর সঙ্গে নিয়মিত Safety Coordination ও Reporting করা।
Daily Safety Report, Observation Report এবং প্রয়োজনীয় EHS documentation প্রস্তুত করা।
Diploma/B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science অথবা সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয়ে শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা।
Construction/Industrial Project-এ Safety Supervisor হিসেবে বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
Construction Safety Rules, PPE, Work Permit, Work at Height, Scaffolding, Hot Work এবং Lifting Safety সম্পর্কে ভালো জ্ঞান থাকতে হবে।
JSA/JHA, Risk Assessment, SWMS/Method Statement এবং Toolbox Talk সম্পর্কে practical knowledge থাকতে হবে।
ন্যূনতম ৩ বছরের relevant construction/industrial safety experience থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
বিশেষ অগ্রাধিকার: Factory/Industrial Project, Steel Structure, Civil Construction এবং Work at Height-এর Safety Experience সম্পন্ন প্রার্থীদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
