Manab Kallyan Parished-MKP, a Non-Government Organization is looking for a dynamic Project Coordinator for the project. “SWAMMAN – Self-Help Approach for Mobilizing Marginalized Women’s Action Network”, funded by the Kindernothilf e.V. Germany (KNH).
Coordinate the implementation of the Self-Help Group (SHG) Approach
Assist in implementing the program activities in 1 district
Orient the all stakeholders in the identified SHG approach
Provide coordinate/training for CFs, SHGs, CLA according to training modules
To work out the overall implementation plan in consultation with PC
Preparation of quantitative and qualitative periodic reports to PC
Supervision and management of performance of project team members
Regular monitoring the work of the CFs in terms of quantity and quality
Coordination with public authorities
Advocacy and networking for establishing linkage and getting project support.
Regular field visit
Ensure gender friendly environment at all level
Carry out any other assignments required by the organisation.
