B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
Experience :
Minimum 15 years of total professional experience in construction.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Building and Roads construction works at Govt Project.
Experience in Road construction, building construction, RCC structures, foundation/piling and infrastructure works will be preferred.
Strong experience in project management, site coordination, quality control, progress monitoring and contractor/consultant coordination.
Software Skill:
Ms Project/P6, MS Excell, Ms Word.
Key Responsibilities:
Overall management and supervision of project construction activities.
Coordinate with the Engineer/Consultant, client and subcontractors.
Monitor project progress, quality, safety and work programme.
Manage site resources, manpower, materials and equipment.
Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications and contract requirements.
Budget preparation of project construction.
Management of different local authorities to meet the project needs.
